About the Initiative:

The Greater Watertown–North Country Chamber of Commerce has launched “Blueprint for Success: Powered by GYMO”, a strategic planning initiative designed to guide the organization’s priorities and impact in the coming years.

As part of the strategic planning process, the Greater Watertown–North Country Chamber of Commerce will host a Kickoff Event on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at The Lincoln Loft in Watertown. This membership-exclusive event will bring business and community leaders together to provide input that will directly inform the 2026-2028 Strategic Plan.

Blueprint for Success is being facilitated by Brittany Davis, owner of Focus Consulting, whose approach emphasizes stakeholder-driven planning. The Kickoff Event will focus on understanding current strengths, identifying opportunities, and clarifying where the Greater Watertown–North Country Chamber of Commerce can have the greatest impact.

Blueprint for Success is sponsored by GYMO Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying and Construction Management. GYMO’s experience planning and executing large-scale projects reflects the importance of clear strategy and thoughtful execution, principles that align with the goals of this strategic planning initiative.

Kickoff Event:

How might the Greater Watertown North Country Chamber of Commerce evolve into an essential and sustainable organization that delivers clear value for its members?

Through "Blueprint for Success," a strategic planning initiative by the Greater Watertown-North Country Chamber of Commerce, we're going to answer this question. At this Kickoff Event, we're listening to you, our members, and engaging in a guided, interactive conversation around this central question. This Kickoff Event is designed to:

  • Reflect on when the Chamber has delivered real value to you, your business or organization
  • Identify where the greatest opportunities lie
  • Imagine what success looks like three years from now
  • Clarify why members choose to stay involved

This is not a presentation or a lecture, nor a “top-down” strategic planning approach. It’s a process that starts with you - an opportunity to share your experience, your perspective, and your hopes for the Chamber’s future. Your insights will directly inform the Chamber’s strategic priorities and direction moving forward. We truly hope you’ll join us and lend your voice to this work.
