Jefferson Leadership Institute Application Portal

The Jefferson Leadership Institute (JLI) is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to cultivate informed, engaged, and effective community leaders. Through 12 full-day, in-person sessions held between September 2026 and June 2027, participants gain an in-depth understanding of the key opportunities shaping Jefferson County.
