A Note to the Community

North Country Business Community, 

I am honored to have the opportunity to lead the Greater Watertown-North Country Chamber of Commerce. You are an incredible network of businesses and organizations championing the growth of our shared community, and I’m grateful to be in this position, working alongside each of you. 

If there’s one thing to know about me, it’s that I believe in the power of people: the willingness of people to show up, the ability of people to shape what comes next, and the determination of people to leave things better than they found them.  

My work so far has focused on supporting programs that help businesses grow with intention, and I’ve seen the strength that already exists across the North Country. I believe in what’s possible when that strength is recognized and supported. A mentor once told me, “what you focus on grows,” and that’s the mindset I’m bringing into this role. 

Looking forward, I’m focusing on the engagement of our membership, the impact of our programming, and the collective strength of our community. By connecting the right people, tools, and ideas in the right places, we can sustain and grow our shared community now and for future generations.
